We use precision smelting processes such as vacuum induction melting (VIM) and electroslag remelting (ESR) to ensure material purity of over 99.99%. Simulate extreme working conditions through digital twin technology to achieve precise design of material properties. Implement ISO 17025 laboratory standards, equipped with direct reading spectrometers, scanning electron microscopes and other testing equipment, and a full process traceability system to ensure that each batch of products complies with international standards such as ASTM, DIN, JIS, etc.
Except the special stainless steel products, we also produces copper crucibles and crystallizers for ESR (Electric Slag Remelting) furnace, vacuum self-consumable furnace, condenser crucible and EB cold bed furnace crucible. We manufacture both seamless forged crucibles and seam welded copper crucibles in shape of round and square form. Our forging machine has 10,000 metric tons of forging press capacity which is able to forge crucible with diameter ranged from 200mm to 2,000mm and length ranged from 500mm to 6,000mm. For manufacturing the seamed crucible, we adopt argon protected submerged arc welding machine to weld the crucible body with seam in both vertical and horizontal direction.
