1.Inconel Stainless Steel 713C K418, K18, W. Nr. 2.4670

Inconel Stainless Steel 713C K418, K18, W.Nr. 2.4670 is a nickel based cast high-temperature alloy with precipitation strengthening in the γ' phase. Has good creep strength, thermal fatigue performance, and oxidation resistance below 900℃. The alloy has a simple composition, does not contain cobalt, has a low density, and is usually used in the as cast state. The use of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) treatment and subsequent heat treatment can improve plasticity and fatigue performance, as well as restore the structure and performance of parts that have undergone long-term use due to tissue degradation and reduced performance. A small amount of σ phase will precipitate after long-term aging at 800℃, but it has no significant effect on the performance. This alloy is suitable for producing turbine rotor blades, guide vanes, integral cast turbines, and other high-temperature components for gas turbines operating below 900℃.

5.Inconel stainless steel 601/N06601

The Inconel stainless steel alloy exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and good carbonization resistance at high temperatures, as well as good oxidation resistance to sulfur-containing atmospheres. It also has good mechanical properties and stress corrosion cracking resistance at both room temperature and high temperatures. Due to the control of carbon content and grain size, it has a high creep fracture strength. One important property of 601 alloy is its ability to resist oxidation at temperatures up to 1180 ℃. Even under very harsh conditions, such as heating and cooling cycles, 601 alloy can generate a dense oxide film and achieve high resistance to peeling and carbonization. Due to its high chromium and molybdenum content, 601 alloy exhibits excellent oxidation resistance in high-temperature sulfur-containing atmospheres.

6.Inconel stainless steel 600/N06600

Inconel stainless steel 600/N06600 is an early developed nickel chromium iron-based solid solution strengthening alloy, which has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. Alloys can be strengthened through cold processing, and can also be connected by resistance welding, drop welding, or brazing. They can be used to supply cold-rolled pipes and hot-rolled thick plates, and are suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100 ℃. After being treated at 1120 ℃ for 2 hours, the Inconel Stainless Steel 600 alloy has only TiN nitrides and Cr7C3 carbides in its microstructure. After long-term aging at 870 ℃ for 1500 hours, the microstructure still contains Cr7C3 and TiN, indicating that the alloy's microstructure is stable.
